Repeat Prescriptions
Please give full details of prescriptions required and allow two working days for completion. Requests should be made by using the counterfoil attached to prescriptions printed by our computer. Other requests must be in writing but these may take longer to process. We do not take repeat prescription requests by telephone or fax as this can lead to mistakes.
All patients on repeat prescriptions should be reviewed regularly by the doctor.
Please note: the stockpiling of medicines can be dangerous as well as being a waste of money. Please order only the medications that you need and cross out any that you do not need from your repeat prescription request.
